Potato Potáto

Did you know we throw away nearly half of all fresh potatoes in the UK? More than 5.8 million potatoes end up in the bin every day, which makes it the second most wasted food in the UK.

Potato Potáto is a series of recipes inspiring people to see the potential of potatoes that currently go to waste. All the recipes can be created in a regular kitchen.

This project was the result of a one week Material Designers (MaDe) workshop, initiated by Ma-tt-er, Elisava and Poitecnico di Milano.
